Kirwan Apartments is located adjacent to our current Gustafson Apartments, the building is to named Kirwan Apartments in honor of Leo Kirwan, an OTR resident, Board member, and tireless advocate for accessible housing.  In September of 2018, OTR was awarded financing from IHDA to begin construction on the apartment community!  Kirwan Apartments is now up and running.
