Hill Arboretum was the realization of a dream of former Sears executive and OTR Chairman Emeritus, Don Gustafson.  The Hill Arboretum Apartments are the only apartments in OTR’s portfolio that we did not build from the ground up. They were created in 1991, from the conversion of a former community hospital facility into a single level apartment building.
