Are You Eligible?

To be eligible for any OTR apartment communities, applicants must:

• Have income under the HUD maximum for the property

• Be at least 18 years of age

• A clear background check for landlord, credit, and criminal history

• Be disabled and in need of barrier free housing per your medical doctor

• Or be over 62 for our senior building, Dirck Drive Apartments in Freeport, Illinois
