About Gallery OTR
Gallery OTR, founded by Les Russo and Jody O'Connor, showcases local North Shore artists and OTR residents at Hill Arboretum Apartments.
Each show launches with a Thursday night reception, drawing friends, patrons, and OTR supporters.
Artwork stays on display for a month, and a portion of sales supports Over The Rainbow. The gallery also features a special resident showcase celebrating the creativity within the OTR community. The goal: sell art, build community, and raise awareness for OTR.

Resident Gallery
Gallery OTR is proud to present its Annual Residents’ Art Show, a vibrant celebration of creativity within the Over The Rainbow community. This year’s exhibit will be on display at Hill Arboretum Apartments in Evanston, IL.
The show opens with a reception on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, and runs from June 16 through June 30. Open gallery hours are from 1:00 to 3:00 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays throughout June, or by appointment.
All artwork is available for purchase, with proceeds directly supporting OTR's Resident Service Program. To schedule a viewing, please contact Jody O’Connor at Jody@otrhousing.org.
