About Gallery OTR
Gallery OTR, founded by Les Russo and Jody O'Connor, showcases local North Shore artists and OTR residents at Hill Arboretum Apartments.
Each show launches with a Thursday night reception, drawing friends, patrons, and OTR supporters.
Artwork stays on display for a month, and a portion of sales supports Over The Rainbow. The gallery also features a special resident showcase celebrating the creativity within the OTR community. The goal: sell art, build community, and raise awareness for OTR.

Gallery OTR is proud to present its Annual Residents’ Art Show every year, a vibrant celebration of creativity within the Over The Rainbow community. This year’s exhibit will be on display at Hill Arboretum Apartments in Evanston, IL.
