Northern Point is a 17-unit property in Harvard, Illinois, that is owned by Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI) of St. Paul, Minnesota and managed by OTR. Northern Point serves a great need for affordable, accessible housing in McHenry County, where it is the only program of its kind. It was completed in 2010 and named for the northern most train stop on the Metra line to and from Chicago.
