Rolling Prairie Apartments is a sister building to Dirck Drive Apartments. Rolling Prairie is a fully accessible, barrier-free building with no age requirement, so anyone over 18 with physical disabilities can apply. This is a very good location close to shopping and restaurants. Rolling Prairie Apartments opened its doors to a large waiting list.  This project is the last HUD 811 financed in the U.S. as Congress has re-appropriated 811 funds to be used for other purposes.
